I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). I have been teaching yoga for eleven years and practicing for over twenty years. I am currently completing the 300 hour upgrade to the RYT-500 certification.
