I am a Family Physician and Cognitive Behavior Psychotherapist with special interest in Mindfulness and Hatha Yoga.
Moreover, I have been practicing Yoga since 2008 and have decided in 2015 to become a yoga instructor.
Therefore I have started the Yoga 50+ course, designed for people who chose to stay young at heart, healty and flexible.
My other classes are in the range of Speciality Yoga and Mindfulness Yoga.
I teach as well Yoga Anatomy, Physiology and Nutrition for TTC students.
