Nadja is a certified E-RYT 200, RPYT and YACEP by Yoga Alliance. She is also a Life Coach, a TC-TSY, a certified Meditation Practitioner Teacher and a Reiki Practitioner who continually advances her education through workshops and trainings.
She offers private sessions specializing in Yin Yoga, Functional Yoga, Gentle/Restorative, Flow Yoga, Prenatal, Reiki and Meditation, integrating multiple aspects of yoga including Breathwork, Mudras and Mindfulness.
To help students get the most out of their practice from her class, Nadja teaches with a focus on proper form and awareness of breath before the flair. She incorporates modifications and alternate poses to ensure that each person is able to practice throughout the class at a level that is comfortable to them. With yoga, one size does not fit all.
