Nadja is a Wellness and Life Coach, working on her MA in TCM and Acupuncture. She is certified E-RYT 200, RPYT and YACEP by Yoga Alliance. She is also TC-TSY, a certified Meditation Practitioner Teacher, a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Reiki Practitioner who continually advances her education through workshops and trainings.
She offers private wellness sessions grounded in yoga. She specializes in Yin Yoga, Functional Yoga and Meditation, integrating multiple aspects of Taoist Yoga including Breathwork, Mudras and Mindfulness.
To help clients get the most out of their practice from her sessions, Nadja teaches with a focus on proper form and awareness of breath before the flair. She incorporates modifications and alternate poses to ensure that each person is able to practice throughout the class at a level that is comfortable to them. With yoga, one size does not fit all.
