Over the years, I have had time to pursue several different yoga styles such as Ashtanga, Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Yin before I found ISHTA. I am a Registred Yoga Teacher (RYT500 with Yoga Alliance) in ISHTA Yoga (500h), trained by among others Ulrica Norberg and its founder Alan Finger, New York. I am also a teacher in the yoga forms Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. I continuously attend yoga trainings – for example with Chad Hamrin, USA. My main yoga inspiration right now is Mona Anand, NYC and Sandra Insoha, Paris.
