I work completely differently from an exercise course. My approach to this unique lifestyle is holistic and importantly, centered on the individual client. One way I approach this method, is through the ability to feel what people are experiencing while practicing and then adept the sequence accordingly.
I select and sequence Asanas (Yoga poses) that stretch specific parts of the body as well as the purpose of stimulating it. This coupled with long deep breathing, reduces stress through cleaning all the energy channels. It also helps purify the blood and respiratory system. The results can be an awareness of our body and increase in general well being.
I aspire to be a catalyst to guide and inspire people to guide themselves through the beautiful and extraordinary practice of Yoga.
To share my knowledge of Yoga and what is has to offer to others who wish to reconnect with their own mind, body and spirit and potential. My primary focus is on people’s well- being whom I gently challenge whilst always remaining potential.
Self-investment coupled with learning from an inspirational and committed teacher, will result in a rewarding, unique and beautiful Yoga practice.
I believe that Yoga enhances our own well-being. It works as not only a physical, psychological and physiological level but also an emotional one. It helps to reduce tension, anxiety, depression and stress. Yoga of course, also aims for and helps maintain physical and mental fitness and awareness and energy.
Ultimately, the aim of Yoga is to teach the brain and body to work in harmony.
