Welcome to my profile.​ I currently live in Saratoga Springs, In my youth I lived in many places, from the cold of North Dakota to the tropical splendor of Micronesia. I love to travel and explore this beautiful world we live in. I am grateful for yoga and how it has reinvigorated me and reopened so many possibilities. I was drawn to yoga later in life after struggling with health issues. Knowing that there was a better way to life and the desire to grow old gracefully. I found much relief in a more mindful yoga practice based on alignment principles. I completed a Yoga Teacher Training in 2014. After teaching for a few years I yearned for more knowledge and understanding. I completed my IAYT Certification with Inbody Yoga Academy in Salt Lake City. I plan on continuing to study and understand the body so that I may teach with knowledge and integrity. Yoga is building from the inside out. With a mindful approach and an engaged body awareness, one can begin to reconnect and deepen the mind-body connection, reawakening the spirit inside.
