Shannon is a best selling author and therapist turned coach. She meets everywhere where they are on their mats and travels the world hosting yoga retreats, including at her own retreat center just outside of Austin Texas, Retreat Ranch.
She not only has her yoga certifications, but her BS in management and masters in behavioral sciences.
Shannon is a momma to four, nonna (grandmother) to two. She lives in the hill country of Texas and loves to spend time with her horses, reading and sipping a good tequila.
