As a perennial student, I have achieved multiple yoga accreditations, as well as qualifications in Mat Pilates, Aerial Yoga, and Massage Therapy, and utilise all of these elements to inform my teaching. This vast and varied body of knowledge helps me make the practice of yoga accessible to people of all ages, body types and backgrounds. Classes with me are centred firmly around education, personal empowerment, and a strong focus on anatomy; blended in a way that helps my students on their own paths of evolution both on and off the mat.
