Vickie Saito is a dancer and choreographer, E-RYT 500 YACEP, NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise Specialist, MELT Instructor and Plant-Based Nutrition Coach. Her depth of study and more than 30 years of experience in the wellness world has fueled her philosophy that we all have the innate capacity to heal, find wholeness, and radiant health.
Vickie loves coaching and supporting her students in setting goals and manifesting them! Whether through dance, yoga or nutrition, or the blend of them all, she creates a loving environment for each client to rise into the next best version of themselves.
Along with these holistic modalities, my desire is to inspire people of all ages to move in their bodies playfully, lovingly and with awareness. I enjoy helping people reduce stress, feel more balanced, improve their well-being, and live more mindfully.
