Javiera first came to Yoga to cope with chronic illness, and manage chronic pain, anxiety / depression and learn to befriend her body. In 2015 she became an instructor at Yoga to the People. She has studied with Janet Stone, Dee Dussault from Ganja Yoga, Stacey Mulvey from Marihuasana, deepen into Chakra Vinyasa, Bhakti, TRY (Trauma Recovery Yoga). She is now on the path of becoming a Yoga Therapist through Kripalu. Javiera is also an integral health coach, a canna-guide and psychedelic integration coach. 

Javi teaches with a trauma informed an for every level and body that promotes well-being, relaxation and somatic awareness, creating community around connection & mindfulness. She also works with chronic pain patients to manage symptoms and find their way back to wellbeing. 

Javiera Köstner is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
