In 2015 I completed my 200 Hr RYT certificate through Yogafit Worldwide Inc., the largest yoga school in North America. With over 300 hrs of teaching experience I have taught in studios, YMCA's and community centers. My journey has taken me through several specialty trainings including:Yoga Kids, Yoga Lean, Yoga for Seniors and Yoga Sweat. I have taught Beginner, Chair, Gentle, Kids, Vinyasa Flow and Hot Power Yoga classes. I am currently working on a 100 Hr track "Yogafit for Athlete's". My intension is to use my knowledge to show how yoga can support fitness conditioning whether you are a weekend warrior, diehard or professional athlete.
I truly believe that yoga is for everyone and every body. The desire to be the best we can be, to be healthy, and to have gratitude for others and the world in which we life is an innate passion in all of us.
