I teach Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Power, Restorative and Yin and and am trained in Ashtanga Vinyasa. I am a Reiki Master and Sound / Singing Bowl Instructor with a background in Music and follow a vegan diet.
Yoga is much more than just a hobby; yoga is a lifestyle encompassing a healthy diet, a balanced life and peace within oneself and with others.
I want to encourage others to view their bodies with respect, respect the environment and promote cooperation so that we may all work together to bring a new age on the earth.
