I have been practicing for 30+ years,wanting to deepen my own practice I took the 200 hour teacher training, a 25 hour yin certification course,a level one sound training(singing bowls) a learn to teach meditation teacher training certificate  as well as many workshops over the years. I love teaching a gentle Hatha, or restorative practice ending with guided meditation and bowls. Finding the mind, breath and body connection, that is yoga to me.🙏
