I specialize in trauma-focused yoga therapy. I am fully certified as a Yoga Therapist through the Minded Institute London, UK. I teach mainly in prisons and immigration removal centers. You can also find me at my private riverside studio teaching yoga on land and water. I am also a Level 1 and 2 certified BSUPA Paddleboard Instructor and Paddleboard Yoga Advanced Practitioner. I am also fully certified to teach yoga to support perinatal women. I love to swim, bike, hike, travel, and handcrafts/art.
