I trained with the Baptiste Institute in February/March 2011, and then again in July 2015, to complete my RYT200 qualification. I love the Power Vinyasa style created by Baron Baptiste. It has given me many health and wellbeing benefits. It is so satisfying to be able to share this exceptional style of yoga with others through my teaching at Apollo Power Yoga.
