I have been dedicating myself to teaching yoga for over 15 years and training yoga teachers for over a decade. It is a joyful continuing journey of perfecting my craft. 

Once a yoga studio owner, now a mother of two young girls, I am grateful that I have the tools to meet myself each day, as not only a mother, wife, or business owner, but also as my own self. The ongoing self-inquiry of yoga allows me to look deep inside and be clear of what I need on and off the mat to care for myself and those around me.

My unique and comprehensive training experience both in NZ and overseas with renowned international teachers Sarah Powers, Bernie Clark, Jo Phee, Tara Judelle, Dr Scott Lyons, Tiffany Cruikshank, Janet Stone and completion of over 1000 hours of yoga teacher training, has helped me transform the lives of many.

My mission is to support yoga teachers to discover and connect to their yin energy, so they can authentically practice, then confidently teach from this place.

I do this by offering training courses and workshops - creating the time, the space and the nourishment we need to develop this subtle connection.
