Mia Gofar is a registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which knowledge s of completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Conducting regular classes and private sessions for Hatha Yoga, Vinyasa, Yin and restorative yoga, and Inside Flow Yoga, as well workshops on Inversions, arms balancing and yoga wheel. Monthly special classes with Tibetan Singing bowl and yoga wheel.
