Additional yoga and meditation training includes Warriors at Ease Part 1 and 2, and Integrative Restoration (iRest) Yoga Nidra Level I Teacher in Training.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges completion of a 200 hour yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
I am also a Physician Assistant, an Army Veteran with chronic injury, and an Army Wife. The physical, mental, and emotional benefits I experienced from yoga and meditation led me to work to be able to share those possibilities with others through teaching. Be Well.
