In One-on-One sessions based on Human Psychology, through Mental and Body Work in Yoga and Yoga Therapy and as a Medial and Sensitive Facilitator and Coach in process management .

This can change your live to a better one; it helps you start following your hearts desires and dreams again and live your very unique soul plan in Life.

MY JOURNEY

After many years of tireless learning about the ancient wisdom of yoga and other healing methods, it is now my deepest wish to share this knowledge. For this purpose I have founded the Holistic Yoga School to create a space for self-awareness and self-realisation.

I’m teaching the basics about yoga and the 8 limbs of the yoga path, yoga for advanced students as well as the art of energy work with hands, Thai Yoga, Sound Healing and more. You don't have to be afraid about "spirituality". A conscious and attentive handling of the human being with himself and his environment is the focus of my holistic energy work. Besides the public yoga classes there are regular trainings and workshops, all around the topic Holistic Health, Self-Realization in Life and of course Yoga.
