Rebel Yogi Satya is a E-RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance, teaching yoga since 2006. He teaches not just to the body but the mind, emotions and spirit. While he does share some yoga philosophy, he is a real-world teacher who shares practical spirituality and reflections to impact his students lives, whether that involves finding grounding and relaxation in an asana or in a difficult situation outside the studio and in life.  He challenges his students to own their authenticity with a dash of push and a dollop of humor.
