If you can breathe, you can do yoga! Ann believes in the restorative value of yoga and meditation for everyone, no matter what age, level of fitness, or life circumstance. She has been joyfully sharing the gift of yoga in community, corporate, private, and healthcare settings since 2015, with a wide range of students of all mobility levels and ages. She especially enjoys providing tools to support the aging process, and also works with those caring for cancer recovery and more.

Ann is a Breath Coach, Sound Healer and she's certified to teach Yoga for Osteoporosis. She has studied Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga, Ayurveda, Restorative Yoga, Functional Anatomy, Trauma Informed Yoga, Adaptive Yoga, and Mindfulness through the Penn Program for Mindfulness. She also completed the Inelda End of Life Doula program in 2023.
