Rachel has been an athlete her entire life, spending 10 years doing competitive gymnastics. The intense training took a huge toll on her body. When looking for alternative methods to ease her chronic back pain, she decided to try restorative yoga. After 2 challenging months, Rachel began to feel a significant improvement in her back pain and unexpectedly, her mood. She felt awakened for the first time in a long time and a new passion ignited inside of her that she didn’t realize was missing. That’s when she fell in love with yoga. If yoga could make such a positive impact on her overall well-being - mind, body, soul- she was inspired to share that practice with others.
