Mindful Alignment is a method created by Linda Wheeler. Linda is avid learner and is dedicated to providing her clients with the information and tools which are tailored to meet their specific needs for their personal growth and improved health.
During her journey as she was intensively studying several different modalities, Linda realized that individuals require a mixture of paradigms to allow optimal health and well-being.
By understanding who the client is, where they want to go and their needs for the release of pain and/or to be more active, Linda develops a customized practice for them utilizing Mindful Alignment which is a combination of yoga, meditation, breathing and movement. This includes drawing from several modalities: tai chi, Pilates, body alignment- techniques based on bio-mechanical principles, energy techniques and yoga.
Since we are all unique and feel different each day, every one-on-one session with Linda will be distinctive.
