I came to yoga initially for its physical benefits. I was looking for something to add to my fitness routine, but I found that yoga offered me so much more than I thought it possibly could bring. I began to take notice of the emotional changes in me: how I became a calmer person outside of the yoga studio, or how I was able to manage stress a little easier. I was guided by yoga teachers and fitness trainers to pursue Yoga Teacher Training. I completed my RYT-200 certification through Anjali Yoga Teacher Training in Sept 2015. I aim to bring another aspect of fitness to a greater community. There is more to life than just the physical. Yoga is my balance for an active lifestyle, and I invite you to join me!
