 Director of the Alexander School of Ballet for over 12yrs.

I was a professional classical ballet dancer for 15yrs, employed with Ballet Companies in England, Germany, Canada and Eire.  Founder and Artistic Director of the Manx Ballet Company (Isle of Man).

Specialist Lecturer at the Isle of Man College, Beauty Dept, lecturing in Applied Anatomy & Corrective Exercise as well as special fx make-up. I was also an Examier in this field.

I completed my Yoga 200hr Teaching Certificate with Yandara, Bali in 2015.

30hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training with 5 Elements International School, Krakow in August 2016.

100hr Vinyasa & Ashtanga Primary Series Yoga Teacher Training with Banjaara Yoga & Ayurveda School in Dharamsala, India in October 2017.

25hr Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Angel Meiklem, Cloud 9 Yoga, Glasgow 30th September, 2018.

300hr TTC with Kashish Yoga in Goa, India in March 2019.

I am now a 500hr RYT (plus 155hrs)

I have attended workshops with Samantha Walker (Karma Studio) in Albir, Spain; Geoff Powell (Antara School of Yoga); Ed Clarke (Terpsichore); Helen Shepherd (Helen Shepherd Yoga); Matt Ryan (Yoga Manchester); Jeanne Heileman (Tantra Flow Yoga); David Sye (Yogabeats); amongst others. I attended an intense Ashtanga Retreat with Greg Nardi & Juan Carlos at Purple Valley, Goa, India.

AoFAQ Level 2 Emergency First Aid at Work Certificate (requalified 28/03/18) and the relevant Yoga Teacher Public Liaibility Insurance.

My practice: yoga classes (vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Yin) and am a member of the Karma Yoga Teacher's Team at KARMA Studio, Douglas, Isle of Man, British Isles.
