Erin seeks quality over quantity. By coaxing a pose out of understanding and clarity, her classes create challenge by releasing compensating habits and infusing new strength within neglected spaces.
Erin has been teaching throughout the Seacoast for 14 years, and opened Yoga on the Hill in 2008. Her background in yoga comes primarily from her years as a student in the tradition of Iyengar yoga.
Alongside yoga, Erin explored her love of food and cooking while working as an artisan cheesemaker, as a pastry chef, and for the non-profit, Seacoast Eat Local. She lives with her husband, the farmer at Orange Circle Farm.
