Alba Porras is a kinesiologist and Sports Trainer and has been working for 15 years in the health, wellness and Fitness Industry.
Alba's main goal is to create a sacred space for people to find their sense of zen (balance) and wellness. She is certified Restorative Yoga Instructor, Yin Yoga Instructor, Hatha Yoga Instructor, Trauma Informed Yoga Instructor, TRE (Trauma and Tension Releasing Exercise) certified provider, Air Yoga & Air Pilates certified Instructor, Yoga Wall Instructor, Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga Instructor as well as IIN health coach, TRX personal trainer, Water Art Teacher, Spin Instructor, Barrer Teacher and Thai Massage practitioner.
She teaches Yoga prioritizing function over aesthetics and therefore helps you connect with the wisdom of your body, the life force of the breath and the freedom of healthy movement.
