I was drawn to the physical practice of Bikram yoga and loved the way my body and mind felt during and after class. I started getting more curious about yoga with each class I attended, and soon realised I wanted to know everything I could about the background and philosophy of it. As I became more devoted to a regular practice of yoga, I was amazed to see how I physically and mentally transformed into a strong, peaceful person. I knew the next step was to share this journey with others, which is why I wanted to become a yoga teacher. I have always had an intense job and fast paced lifestyle - yet the simple act of walking into a yoga studio could allow me to find stillness and calmness. If others could benefit from this - I wanted to share this with them.

When I am not practising yoga I enjoy weightlifting, golfing, and vertical gymnastics. Aside from exercising and working, I enjoy cooking, wine, music, travelling and reading.
