I approach yoga as a living, evolving, deep relationship between myself & Self. I bring this philosophy to my teaching style with an emphasis on the curiosity of a beginner and attention to the subtle body through a balance of breath, movement, stillness, and philosophy. My goal in teaching is to guide students to a deep understanding of their body, heart, and mind and attunement to their inner teacher. My teaching is also influenced by the natural movement philosophy, the work of Katy Bowman, Biotensegrity Repair Series by Gioa Irwin, and the pioneering work of Thomas Meyers in the role of fascia and connective tissue for movement and health.
I am currently working towards my Yoga Therapist certification with IAYT through Functional Synergy.
