Yoga, for me, is a lifestyle - incorporating meditation, movement, breath, awareness, community, mindfulness and healthy, eco-friendly living. While I offer classes with a lot of alignment, breath, movement and mindfulness, I also foster a deeper sense of community where people feel safe and comfortable to explore and have fun. I am known for my intuitive sequencing, down to earth approach to yoga and ability to incorporate the needs of each student into my teaching daily. I always offer a variety of modifications, props and alternative poses to help each student get the maximum benefit from their practice.
I am here as a guide to help you reconnect to yourself through breath, movement, mantra, meditation, and more.
