Joanne Hader is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT® 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is an iRest® Level 1 teacher, a LoveYourBrain instructor and completed her C-IAYT Yoga Therapy training in December 2022.
Joanne practices in Prince Edward Island Canada in the summers and San Carlos Mexico in the winter months.
Online Joanne has a series of 30 minute videos on the yoga ap for seniors Oseterics Yoga and she is recently approved for teaching on the Insitetimer ap.
