Hi My name is Ellen and I am RYT-200, and YACEP certified and registered with Yoga Alliance. I am also certified in children’s yoga, Meridian yoga and Y12SR yoga for addiction. These are my passions.
I have been practicing yoga for over 15 years, 10 of those years were on my own at home in my own creative way and exploring different yoga teachings. Yoga has transformed my life and helped me physically with the growing aches and pains associated with arthritis, fibromyalgia and other underlying physical and non-physical issues. I love to practice and teach yoga. I wish to guide those who seek to practice yoga and its many benefits to living a deeper awareness of self and an unconditional love for our infinite oneness. Yoga helps you learn to breath better for every breath we take is in essence our life force. You will become fitter and stronger, more flexible and more importantly you will feel more peaceful and calm.
