Bliss happens. It begins with giving ourselves some time, quiet and kindness on the mat. We connect mind to breath, heart to intention and body to movement. The flow of prana, our life force, revitalizes the subtle body, clears blocks, activates energy centres and brings balance back. We feed the light within and it expands, connecting with all that is, fuelling creativity, our purpose and strengthening our voice. This is why I love to teach Restorative, Yin and Gentle Hatha yoga. I bring my experience as a Reiki practitioner, studies in Psychology (BA), Yoga for Pain Management (Cert), Yoga for Trauma & Emotional Resilience (Cert) and my own journey from cancer to wellness, to create a nurturing and empowering experience on the mat.
