Ellen Richter-Norgel, RYT 1000, MA, Ed. is a certified Kripalu Yoga Instructor. The Kripalu tradition offers an inquiry-based practice that inspires awareness of breath, body, heart and mind. Ellen loves Kripalu yoga for its rich tradition of cultivating compassion, creating energy and nurturing self-discovery. Her classes are created with intelligent sequencing that encourages awareness of sensation through the Kripalu methodology of Breathe, Relax, Feel, Watch, and Allow.
She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She teaches an array of yoga classes including vinyasa, chair, Yoga for Bone Health, Yin, restorative, Yoga in the Schools, gentle and trauma responsive yoga. Ellen is also a certified Mindful Outdoor Leadership Guide.
