Hello!

I am e-RTY200 yoga teacher since 2015 and YACEP with Yoga Alliance. 

I hold a Yin Yoga Teacher Certificate (30HR) and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher certificate and I am a qualified Life Coach with International Coach Federation.  

I was mostly teaching yoga as a traveller/volunteer/guest teacher in Portugal, Costa Rica, Barbados and as a regular teacher in London, my permanent residence. 

I also teach breath work and mindfulness meditation to business and individual clients and work as a coach. I believe all this "other qualifications" make me a better yoga teacher.
