I’m a certified Yoga Teacher in Power Vinyasa Yoga (2015), Pre and Post natal Yoga (2015) and Hatha Yoga (2016). I assisted a Teacher Training in India in 2017 and I took another certification in Hatha Yoga in 2018. I’m passionate about life and Iove teaching and sharing everything I know as well as learning from every person I share my practice with. 

While traveling in over 35 countries, I have had the opportunity to teach in Turkey, Italy, Thailand, India an Peru. 

For the last 2 years, meditation and pranayama have been my main focus. It helped me so much to deal with anxiety and to achieve a more balanced mind, so nowadays I teach meditation and Pranayama courses (YACEP)

In 2016 I created Beyond TIme Yoga, an organization that holds retreats in the different parts of Peru - from where I come from - : Oceanside, Mountains (Cusco) and the amazing jungle. 

Relating to asana: With the statement that every person is unique, I adapt my sequences for every student and include unique sequences on my classes. 

Aside from yoga, I'm a Thetahealer and Reiki Practitioner as well as a Thai Massage Therapist. I am currently studying to become an astrologist with the most renowned astrologist in Peru.

Side note: I can teach in five languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and French.
