Practicing since 2012, Simona has explored a variety of yoga styles under local and international teachers. Yoga has helped her to relieve the back pain, to improve the overall body flexibility and provided mechanisms to cope with a stressful corporate environment by learning to manage her emotions.
Simona is happy to share yoga to help others strengthen the body and mind, manage stress and be emotionally balanced.
Simona is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She has taken additional training in Yoga Nidra and Chair Yoga.
Simona has been teaching at PURNA Yoga since 2015 and is available for private Yoga Nidra classes in Bucharest and online.
