Yoga became a key part of my life in 2011 when I was a college student struggling with stress and depression. In yoga I found a refuge, a place of inner peace and inner power; I found space in which to transform from the inside out. As an instructor, I hope to offer just that—a fun and fierce sort of empowerment, an opportunity to unearth the strength, self-love, and serenity that lies within. Yoga now compliments my work as a pelvic health physical therapist. I use yoga, breath work, and mindfulness to help my clients find freedom in their bodies and achieve their goals.
