Alexis Barbuto is a Registered  200 hour Yoga Teacher ( 200-RYT) with Yoga Alliance, as well as Registered Children's Yoga Teacher ( RCYT), which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Alexis is certified in Restorative Yoga through Yoga International.  Additionally, she is trained in Prenatal Yoga through Yoga Education Institute. She has been a practitioner of meditation for pain management for over 30 years.
