Matthew DeRubertis, RYT-200, is a Yoga Alliance certified instructor and certified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation. I believe that a regular yoga and meditation practice promotes taking ownership of one’s life, realizing one’s dreams and ambitions, and transcending our perceived limitations.

I was taught in the Kripalu lineage and teach from the Hatha yoga tradition. This practice both purifies and energizes, thus clearing the mental clutter and building one’s sense of their inner sacred space. 

I am living a nomadic lifestyle, based out of my van, as a performer, recording artist, bass guitarist, music teacher, and yoga & meditation instructor. I receive great joy in sharing my journey with others through teaching and performing in many different settings.
