Jenn teaches IRest yoga nidra (guided meditation), yin yoga, and vinyasa flow. She is certified as an Accessible Yoga teacher which ties into her roots as a former special education teacher, as well as a Warriors At Ease trauma sensitive teacher focusing on military and law enforcement members and the PTSD, moral injury and trauma they may experience in their work. As a wife to a police Sgt, this is a population near and dear to her heart.
The addition of crystal alchemy singing bowls to practice has added a new element of relaxation to her classes, and it is something to be experienced! Expect calm, relaxing energy to resonate with you at a deep level.
"Through developing a dedicated practice, I realized the anxiety I had struggled with for years was melting away. The demands of being a law enforcement family can be challenging, and coming to my mat brought me peace. My goal is to empower those new to yoga and inspire students through the insights of yogic philosophy."
Expect to leave class inspired and ready to step off of your mat and into you life with an open heart, using the tools you possess to help you through challenging times.
Jenn teaches at First State Floats, and private/semi-private groups on-site on the east coast and has taught internationally as well.
All classes are available to anyone, no experience necessary. As an accessible yoga teacher, any and all practices are available regardless of physical ability.
