Claudia is a former political journalist, spokesperson and human rights researcher who traded hectic meetings and busy schedules in for more intimate work with people's bodies and minds. A successful studio owner ( Lakeside Yoga, Austria) with a love for mindful vinyasa, she selled her studio and turned a dedicated C-IAYT yoga therapist during the pandemic.
Still a creative group class teacher at The Body Mind School, her passion is functional alignment of body and mind, with a thorough knowledge of the koshas and the subtle body, weaving tantric elements like mantra, mudra and nyasa into the practice.
Claudia enjoys 1:1 yoga therapy with anyone who is looking for more depth, health and peace in their lives. She loves playful and strong practices as much as slow nourishing, breath centered restorative yoga.
