Ahhhh....The joys of yoga are many, and being able to share them through teaching is incredible. My first formal training (200-Hours) was in 2012 at Hits The Spot Yoga, with Scott Willis. I have offered classes within my community off and on since then. Style-wise, I align with the Hatha approach & philosophy, while also incorporating a sense of playfulness and curiosity into my teaching methods.
I decided to expand my knowledge and practice by enrolling in the Hits The Spot Yoga Advanced Teacher Training Program (300-Hours). As spring of 2017 started to bloom, I became a practitioner at the RYT-500 level.
When I am off-the-mat, I am in my kitchen crafting sweet baked goodies, soaking up time with my sweetheart & friends, playing in aerial fabric, wiggling out of pure excitement, or interpreting in the community (my career of choice for the past 17 years).
May you be as joyful as possible!
