Maria Deligianni was born in Athens, she studied there Psychology, Theatre Pedagogy and Dance.
Since 1991 and for 15 years that followed, she worked as a theatre Pedagogy animator in Education of primary and secondary schools of Athens and Crete as well as in several Creative Centres.
She studied the behaviour, reaction and expression of the human body and she guided seminars of body expression and relaxation , both in Athens and Crete.
In addition, she trained groups of parents and teachers in the following seminars “Living Values in family life”, “ Living Values in education”, “The body as a channel for expression and learning”.
Furthermore, she became qualified in Systemic Family Counseling within a four-year study programme of the University of Crete and she is a member of EFTA.
What is more, she trained in Hatha yoga in Greece as well as abroad (England – India) and she is a yoga trainer herself, recognised by Yoga Alliance International.
She has been studying the World Philosophy, discovering human evolution throughout time.
Nowadays, she runs « Breath of Life» certified Centre in Heraklio – Crete. Teaching yoga and guiding Personal Development Groups as well as Personal and Systemic psychology sessions as a psychologist.
