Being a lifelong student of yoga allows me to continue to learn and grow as a student and teacher. My practices are designed to fit the needs and shapes of every body. Each phase/transition of life changes our perspective and our practice.
In a world where we are more connected to the outside distractions of daily living than we are connected to our internal awareness and senses, yoga provides the tools to feel centered and a way to reconnect to our body, mind and spirit.
I meet each class with a thoughtful and intelligent sequence that provides the time needed to embody the poses, transitions into and out of, along with how breathing guides the experience and the feelings. Whether you are new or seasoned, yoga is life! We never take ourselves too serious and we always have some fun! Everyone is welcome!
