Frida Helsing Ohlsson has graduates of level one and earn the title of KRI certified teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan®. She has also begun to level 2 and level 3 Kundaliniyoga teaching programs and is a trained yoga teacher for children and is trained to play Gong. Frida is a dedicated Kundaliniyoga practitioner and has served as chairman of SKY (Sweden Kundalini Yoga Teacher Association) from 2008 to 2012. She is also a trained teacher of Ishta Yinyogaa and a human resources specialists with BA. in psychology.
