As an Advanced Yoga Teacher (RYT 500) with the Sivananda lineage - Priscilla a.k.a. Satya has been teaching yoga for self-care since 2014. Her background includes teaching YogaFit® style classes and a variety of group fitness classes since 2006.

In addition to her yoga training and practice, She holds a Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology and passionately helps creative professional women gain the confidence to find more fulfillment and happiness in their life and career.
