Nora Benian (Sundari) E-RYT 500, is a seasoned instructor with over 1500 hours of teacher trainings and has experience teaching students with a wide range of abilities whether physical, emotional, psychological or spiritual. Nora's ability to guide yoga students through energetic shifts during challenging practices leaves students feeling rejuvenated, empowered and profoundly peaceful. Her extensive knowledge and ability to communicate information with ease guides students safely through yogic postures and practices and inspires students and teachers to keep learning and sharing the wisdom found in yoga. 

Nora teaches a 200 hr Yoga teacher training to certify new yoga teachers as well as continuing education trainings such as Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga, Chair yoga, Corporate yoga and more. She is a senior Sivananda Yoga Teacher, teaches yoga workshops and teacher trainings at Ashrams, yoga centres and Wellness Conferences across the continent and in the Caribbean, specializing in Yin, Restorative and Hatha Yoga.
