Yoga became part of my existence in 1987 when life brought me to my knees. A few months later I walked into a Yoga Nidra class and that is where I discovered the meaningful path I was about to embark on. My teacher walked over to my mat and gently rested a rose quartz on my heart.
Over the past 36 years I have been a life long student, taking many workshops in the USA, Central and South America and Europe.
I am an E-RYT 500, YACEP, Director and Lead Teacher of Soul Practice Yoga (RYS 200 & RYS 300, 500) in Bergen County, New Jersey. As well as a Trauma Informed, Addiction and Mental Health Yoga Teacher
I weave either Reiki, Marma Points (Ayurveda), Chakra Tapping, Crystals and Stones along with Yoga Nidra Visualization in most of my classes.
My passion is an outdoor Yoga Practice in bare feet either under the Sun or the light of the Moon.
I teach Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Gentle, Prenatal and Post, Beginner, Chair, Yoga Nidra and Viniyoga (tailored to your needs).
I offer Meditation and Pranayama (Breathing Techniques).
Company and/or Corporate Yoga on site available.
Soul Practice Yoga has a small and intimate 200, 300 and 500 Hour Teacher Training that is Yoga Alliance Registered.
