The transformation that yoga practices can bring to our lives is profound. I am honored to lead classes for substance abuse recovery and private sessions with breath centered mindful movement, pranayama, and meditation to increase awareness, resilience, mind body connection and enhance well being. I am a graduate of Subtle Yoga's 500 hour professional training as well as a C-IAYT and CADC-R, teaching in substance abuse recovery and classes for well being. I love to share the practices of yoga with others so they may experience the joy of living fully with self kindness, awareness, happiness, and compassion.
